Memberships

Welcome back to school! The number-one reason to join the Parent Teacher Association is to benefit your child. In doing so, you also help our school but there are many more advantages. There’s no better way to know what’s happening in your school. The PTA offers a variety of programs designed for parents as well as students. Parenting is not easy – the PTA helps to share ideas, concerns and experiences with other parents and educators. PTA functions are opportunities to meet other parents and teachers and build rapport. Because the PTA is a forum for exchanging ideas, you are encouraged to make suggestions and bring new ideas. By getting involved at your child’s school you’ll be part of the solution, helping make positive changes. Our PTA plays an important role in fund raising to provide building improvements, curriculum-based programs, and social events – all vital to our school’s success.  By becoming a PTA member, you’ll be demonstrating to your child the importance you place on education.Being a member of the PTA also benefits you in other ways. You have access to exclusive member benefits on-line at the national PTA web site. National PTA members also enjoy discounts from BarnesandNoble.com, Liberty Mutual Insurance and Southwest Airline Vacations. Our local benefits include discounted admissions to select PTA sponsored events, a copy of the Student Directory and a school calendar magnet.

PLEASE JOIN: Please complete the Auburn PTA Membership Form and return it along with your membership fee. Fees are $14 for dual membership and $8 for single membership. Please remember anyone is welcome to join our PTA and help us succeed. Whether its grandparents, aunts, uncles or students each additional membership is five dollars and counts towards your child’s classroom participation count.

PTA Membership packets will be sent home with students. Thank you for your continued support!
